ReNumber generates a unique set of words for any given number. This makes it much easier to memorize large numbers (such as phone numbers, id numbers, account numbers, etc). If you can remember the set of words, you can retrieve the number at any time. All of the conversions are done locally in your browser, so none of the information entered leaves your computer.

What can I use this for?
ReNumber is designed to make it easy to remember large numbers, such as phone numbers. It can represent any normal phone number as a set of 3 words. This way you can easily remember your friend's (or lawyer's, or ...) phone number. You could also use ReNumber to share your own phone number with someone who doesn't have a way to write it down. Or memorize all the numbers in your wallet! Whatever you think is worthwhile 😃
Is it secure?
All of the conversions are done locally in your browser. None of the information you enter is collected or sent anywhere. So it's about as secure as any website can be!
Does the order of the words matter?
Nope! You can enter the words in any order. Feel free to rearrange them into whatever is easiest to remember!
Will the words ever change?
Nope! If you memorize a set of words, you'll always be able to come back to and look up the associated number.
Are there any bad words?
I tried prety hard to avoid any questionable vocabulary! There are thousands of words though, so if you do find anything objectionable, let me know. If I ever do have to swap a word out, the system will stay backwards compatible (numbers can still be looked up with the old word).
